The cake is better made 24 hours in advance, and therefore is an easy dessert for company.

Garnish: Instead of using cocoa powder, you can use hershey's syrup or chocolate shavings. I prefer to use both the hershey's syrup and the cocoa powder. It's delicious!!
Source says to wait 3-4 hours before serving, but overnight is best. Miraculously, the ladyfingers turn into fresh-tasting sponge cake. Easy & delicious.
